All orders are shipped from Australia to all domestic and international destinations. The world has no limits!
If the items you order are in stock, they will be dispatched within a maximum of 2 working days from when you purchased with us. If any delay may occur, you will be notified as soon as possible. Once the order is on the way, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details, so you know where your purchases are at all times.
Please, provide a private address for delivery, as Marbaii Collective does not deliver to PO Boxes or hotels.
We will pack your order with love, but we cannot be held responsibie for damaged, lost or stolen packages once they have been dispatched.
Shipping to Australia //
Marbaii offers a $10 flat rate for orders within Australia. All orders are sent via Australia Post Regular Service, which takes approximately 2-5 business days to arrive.
International shipping //
Marbaii Collective offers a $25 flat rate for all international orders. All orders are sent from Australia via Australia Post Standard Service, which (hold tight!) takes 4-8 business days to arrive.
If you wish to receive the order earlier, we are able to provide a faster service for a $35 flat rate through Australia Post Express Service, which will arrive between 4-7 business days. This service will require a signature on delivery.
Customs, duties and import taxes (for International orders) //
For orders sent internationally, be aware that your country may charge customs or import duties and taxes. All international customers are responsible for the applicable custom rates within their own country, and they will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Marbaii Collective must declare full monetary value of the purchase.
Prior to placing an order to be sent to an international address, we recommend that you contact your local custom office for more information.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return within 14 days after you have received your purchase. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, unused and with their original tags attached.
How to return an item & Refund policy //
- Send us an email at email@example.com with your proof of purchase requesting a return. We will provide an address to send your return back to.
- Once your return is received and processed, we will contact you to let you know if your return is approved (see above the conditions for return).
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund as soon as possible and it will be credited to your original method of payment. Please, allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account. Check with your bank or credit card company. If, after doing so, you still have not received your refund, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that both shipping costs and duties paid will not be refunded. If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges. We recommend using a tracked method of delivery and keep proof of your shipment until we receive your return. We will not be able to complete your refund if the goods are lost or damaged during the return shipping.
If you wish to exchange your items for another size or style, you will need to place a new order and proceed to return the unwanted item (see above how to return an item and our refund policy).
Faulty & incorrect items //
We’re so sorry! We conduct quality control on all our items, but we cannot accept it if you received a product with a manufacturing fault. We will need you to provide photographic proof of the fault to email@example.com. We will replace the item if the stock is available or, if not, we will refund you, as long as the item is returned within 15 days of purchase.
Wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. Please note that most of our items are handmade in local communities and may bear unique characteristics and incur slight fading or imperfection.

Marbaii Collective takes responsibility of the costs for a faulty or incorrectly supplied item.
